Summary
- As an IT Operations Officer, you will support and optimize Sproxil’s IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Zoho application management, system integration, and hardware/software systems troubleshooting.
- The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of Zoho applications, contact centers, and custom web portals, providing first-level troubleshooting and management of all hardware and software systems.
- This role requires technical expertise in Zoho administration, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining system availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Administration & Integration:
- Manage and configure Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Communication, Zoho Sprints) to meet business and operational needs.
- Handle user management, including provisioning, permissions, troubleshooting, and training.
- Support the implementation of API integrations to facilitate data sharing and enhance operational efficiency.
System Administration & Data Management:
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Assist in network setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing security protocols.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement data migration, backup, and recovery processes as required.
IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain hardware-related documentation for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets through the IT support system with thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners when required to resolve complex issues.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets, including procurement, allocation, and disposal.
- Track and document equipment warranties, licenses, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare inventory reports and recommend procurement actions when necessary.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Provide training and technical support to users on IT systems and tools.
- Recommend and implement improvements for enhanced system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or proven experience in IT operations, system integration, Zoho administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or related roles.
- Proven experience as a Zoho Administrator with hands-on expertise in configuring Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator.
- Experience in system integration, particularly with 3CX and custom web portals, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of network protocols, APIs, and system integration.
- Experience with database management, data migration, and security protocols.
- Demonstrated hands-on skills, problem-solving capabilities, and technical proficiency.
