  • The IT Quality Assurance analyst will draft and revise test cases. They will also evaluate actual test results against expected results, and implement improvements to test processes.

Role Qualification:

Academic/Professional:

  • BSc/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution in IT Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.

Work Experience: 

  • 1 – 2 years professional experience in related position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the scrum team (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX designers) to produce quality applications for users and customers.
  • Document found bugs and other software issues and write reports detailing these issues.
  • Participate in continuous learning programs to learn new software and technologies as a basic function of the job.
  • Any other responsibilities that might be required by the Business / Group Head/CEO from time to time.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong Communication, Planning and Organising skills.
  • Technology Savvy with strong Ms Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to meet / exceed targets and deadlines and follow through on commitments.
  • Relationship management.
  • Problem solving.
  • Be detail oriented.
