Job Description

  • Identify and Assess IT Risks: Identify and assess IT risks across products, infrastructure, vendors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Mitigation Strategies: Develop strategies to mitigate identified IT risks and reduce their likelihood and impact.
  • Monitor and Report IT Risks: Track and monitor IT risks, developing risk reports and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance and Resilience: Ensure effective risk management practices, compliance, and business continuity, including disaster recovery planning and IT asset management.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management of a bank or financial services firm.
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate IT risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across the bank.
