Role Overview

  • The IT & Fuji Products Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the market share of the company’s IT solutions portfolio within Nigeria.
  • This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to deliver revenue targets through effective sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for both IT products and fuji.
  • Identify  and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise clients, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.

Client & Account Management

  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Provide tailored IT product solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and partners.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Country Manager and other departments to ensure sales success. 
  • Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team (where applicable).
  • Collaborate with management to plan campaigns, promotions, and events that drive IT  sales.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the reports.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual IT product sales targets.
  • Growth in market share and customer base for IT solutions.
  • Sales pipeline conversion rates.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Accuracy  of sales forecasts and reporting.
