Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization's systems, networks, and data
- Lead the identification and assessment of potential security risks and vulnerabilities, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to establish security requirements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and encryption mechanisms.
- Manage security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security breaches or incidents.
- Conduct regular security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 8 years+ in core IT security operation
- CISSP, Cybersecurity Lead, strong background in network and cloud operation
