Job Summary

  • Supervise the following IT security operations: incident response management, security monitoring, threat intelligence, security analytics and forensics, vulnerability assessment scanning, and security testing, security compliance and remediation tracking, information security awareness, cyber resilience, and review, draft, and revise information security policies. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization’s systems, networks, and data.
  • Lead the identification and assessment of potential security risks and vulnerabilities, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to establish security requirements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and encryption mechanisms.
  • Manage security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security breaches or incidents.
  • Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential security incidents or breaches and take appropriate action.
  • Conduct regular security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the IT security team, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.

Educational Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Sc. in any related disciplines
  • Professional Qualification in CISSP
  • 7 – 10 years of experience
