- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Analyze current marketing efforts to pinpoint weaknesses and make improvements

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement
- Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following
- Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals
- Set, monitor and react to information gleaned from key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage social media advertising budgets
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
- Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with 2 - 4 years of work experience.
