Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in person
- Configure and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and update software and hardware
- Monitor system performance and report issues to Management
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Bold, lively, inspiring, and exiting when speaking to individuals and audience
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications - BSC in Information Technology with 2 years and above of IT experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Mobile operating systems
- Experience with IT service management software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Certification in cyber security and networking
- Successful candidate MUST be available to resume immediately
REMUNERATION - N200,000 (Gross)
