Requirements
- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
- Support users with troubleshooting IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in maintaining IT equipment and performing routine system checks.
- Support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations.
Responsibilities
- B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Fresh graduates/candidates must have completed the 3-week NYSC orientation camp.
- Prior IT support experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.
