Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day technical support across PRL andits affiliated businesses.
- This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Microsoft 365 tools, managing IT assets, and assisting with IT projects across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level IT support to users
- Troubleshoot laptops, printers, networks, and business applications
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Windows OS
- Maintain IT inventory and manage device allocation
- Assist with system setups, backups, and security updates
- Support IT projects and enforce IT policies across all sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
- Experience supporting users in a retail or multi-location environment is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
