As an Indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa, we provide solutions to all problems of procurement, distribution and supply of all medical consumables. We currently distribute for over 15 multinational healthcare companies and have a working relationship with about 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria with 23 Medical Representatives and 10 mini distributors that cover major regions in the country. We procure and supply devices like; Surgical Sutures; Spine instruments; 3M Durapore Plaster; Surgical Drapes & Gowns; Indicator/Autoclave tape; Lab Equipment; etc and our services includes; Spine Implant; Orthopedic etc

Responsibilities

  • Support in setting up and installing new hardware and software systems.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer or network issues.
  • Support with maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
  • Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
  • Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining security systems and installing updates.
  • Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
  • Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.
  • Set up, update, and manage company websites and online resources, such as Google Maps, Google Business, and social media pages.
  • Provide support to employees across multiple internal software systems such as Enterprise software, Outlook Emails, and more.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
  • Creating user documents and providing training on new computer systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 4 year of experience as an IT support or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in computer operating systems, such as MS Windows, MAC OS, and Linux.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of computer systems, including networks, servers, and system maintenance.
  • Good understanding of computer equipment, including laptops, servers, printers, and routers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software.
  • Taking ownership and having an action-oriented mindset.
