- As an IT Support Engineer, you would be installing and configuring computer hardware’s, software’s, systems, networks, printers and scanners, provisioning user support for both remote and on-premises staff and troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware in a timely manner using the available resources within the company.
Expertise
- Our expectation is that you have a working knowledge and expertise with variety of software, hardware, and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Windows 11,3cx, Fresh works, In-tunes and Sophos, with a minimum of 2-years experience in a technical support role.
- If you have a basic understanding of Cloud and MSSQL Knowledge, coupled with Microsoft Certified IT Professional/CCNA Certifications then you might be the right person for the role.
