Job Description

  • Handle escalated issues and provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other peripherals
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex IT problems
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Perform system updates, installations and configurations.
  • Document support activities and resolutions accurately.

Essential Criteria / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk preferably in an IT services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
  • Must have good analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must have good organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a smart, articulate, goal-oriented team player with a cheerful disposition
  • Must be willing to learn and apply technical knowledge.
  • Must be willing to travel

Desirable Criteria / Qualifications:

  • HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
  • Experience in managing Windows server environments, Active Directory, and group policy.
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, etc.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network or Security, CCNA, or ITIL.
