- The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing Active Directory, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- The ideal candidate will support infrastructure projects, maintain IT asset inventory, and uphold security and data protection standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
- Administer Active Directory, including user account management and group policy configuration.
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Execute regular updates, patches, and system backups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets.
- Assist in network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security protocols and data protection policies.
