Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing Active Directory, and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • The ideal candidate will support infrastructure projects, maintain IT asset inventory, and uphold security and data protection standards

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user account management and group policy configuration.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Execute regular updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets.
  • Assist in network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security protocols and data protection policies.
