Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role as an IT Support Lead at Bon Voyage Travel Nigeria.
- As the IT Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining information technology systems.
- This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
- Help Desk Support experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or a related field
