- We are hiring IT Support (Night Duty) personnel to join our team and play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted client support and system performance during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client activity and transactions in real-time during the night shift.
- Detect unusual patterns, transaction spikes, or downtime and escalate issues promptly.
- Track clients' stock levels and raise alerts when stock is running low.
- Document and escalate incidents as required, ensuring proper handover to the day team.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Support, System Monitoring, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially for dashboard monitoring and data tracking).
- Ability to stay alert and maintain high attention to detail during overnight hours.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience in fintech or a transaction-heavy environment is an added advantage.
