Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Officer at Bon Voyage Travel Nigeria.
- The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and printers.
- The officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. This role is primarily based in Lagos, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of IT experience
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology and desktop computers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
