- We are seeking an IT Support Officer that will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a smooth IT environment for employees and departments.
- This role involves resolving both hardware and software issues, managing network connections, and assisting users with technical needs to improve system efficiency and reliability.
This role also involves:
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Perform regular updates, upgrades, and maintenance for operating systems and software.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Assist employees with setup and troubleshooting of workstations, applications, and devices.
- Implement and follow security protocols, manage user accounts, and ensure data privacy.
