Job Description
- We are currently looking to hire an IT Systems Support to work in our office in Ikeja. You will be required to have the theoretical knowledge of IT Hardware & Networks, Windows Operating Systems plus the ability to learn fast + provide support to the IT team.
Responsibilities
- Installing & Configuring Windows 10 & 11 Operating System + applications
- Installing & Configuring Windows Server 2016 & 2019
- Configuring Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Installing & Configuring Wireless Routers
- Installing & Configuring Network Printers
- Monitoring, Trouble Shooting and Fixing Laptops, Desktops
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance and Networking
Optional Skills:
- MS Exchange - Install, Configuring & Troubleshooting
- VMWare - Installing Virtual Machines
- MS Azure -Compute & Networking
Skills:
- Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills
- Ability to work with own Initiative
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Team player and willingness to support colleagues;
