Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a intermediate level IT Officer who will provide technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's technological infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administer configurations, repairs, maintenance, and IT hardware and software upgrades.
- Manage intercom/land phone systems.
- Install and repair biometric machines and CCTV systems.
- Oversee network administration and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
Skills and Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in IT systems, hardware, and software management.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
