Job Description
- Implementing and managing security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data.
- Monitoring networks and systems for security breaches, intrusions, and unusual activity.
- Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining security software, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Responding to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner, including investigation, analysis, and mitigation.
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of IT infrastructure and projects.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Providing training and awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices.
