Job Summary

  • We are looking for motivated IT professionals with SAP experience. The ideal candidate would join our team of professionals to support the daily IT operations of the terminal. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend to IT requests from Computer users in the terminal.
  • Provide IT support to users on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.
  • Provide IT support to computer users on Mail system.
  • Provide IT support to computer users on Weighbridge applications, DDS and SAP.
  • Escalate Computer user requests to Group head office IT where necessary.
  • Ensures IT infrastructure in the terminal are in good working condition.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by line Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
