As a duly license microfinance bank, all deposits of the of the bank is fully insured by the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Abuja.
  • The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop computers, and ensuring efficient operation of the information technology systems.
  • Additional tasks may include responding to help desk tickets, maintaining IT documentation, and collaborating with other IT team members to resolve technical problems.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
  • Help Desk Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and IT equipment
  • Experience in a bank or financial institution is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Related.
