Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Abuja.
- The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop computers, and ensuring efficient operation of the information technology systems.
- Additional tasks may include responding to help desk tickets, maintaining IT documentation, and collaborating with other IT team members to resolve technical problems.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
- Help Desk Support skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with various operating systems and IT equipment
- Experience in a bank or financial institution is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Related.
