Experience Level: 2-4 years
Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site twice weekly)
Salary Range: ?150,000 - ?200,000 Net monthly take home.Age range: 21-30 years

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role requires the candidate to work both remotely and on-site at least twice a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth and efficient system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level IT support to staff, both remotely and on-site.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, and Linux).
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage and troubleshoot email, internet, and other essential communication tools.
  • Maintain and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
  • Assist in monitoring network performance to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wireless, switches, and VPN access.
  • Assist in data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Implement and maintain security policies, such as access control and system security patches.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain a secure IT environment and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring timely updates and replacements when necessary.
  • Assist in the procurement and setup of IT resources for new hires.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for software updates, hardware repairs, and support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Report IT-related issues, work progress, and resolution status to the Admin Manager.
  • Provide training to end-users on new software, security protocols, and general IT practices.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly guides and documentation to assist employees with common technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven IT support experience in a corporate or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPNs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
