Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and solutions-oriented IT professional to support and optimize the technology backbone of our retail operations. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day IT functions across multiple store locations, ensuring system stability, and driving technology-driven efficiencies.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks), and hardware.
  • Proficient in network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Hands-on experience with Android devices, CCTV systems, and internet configurations.
  • Skilled in system installation, configuration, and maintenance (hardware, OS, applications).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backups, and network protocols.
  • Web design, backend development, and digital marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail data analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.

Certifications

  • Relevant certifications: CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft-related credentials.

Soft Skills & Experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable guiding users remotely or in person through technical processes.
  • Capable of creating support documentation and reports.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduled upgrades and system maintenance.
  • Create and manage staff user accounts, provide ERP training and support.
  • Willingness to work in dynamic, multi-location retail environments.
