Responsibilities
- Management of Information Technology Infrastructure, coordinating and supervising all activities as the first point of contact for all system configuration, installation, and maintenance (hardware support, hardware maintenance, networking) in all company office facilities and buildings.
- Management of communication/telecommunications and application services (software deployment and support in terms of core applications, operating systems, and business systems implementation) in all company office facilities and buildings.
- Safeguard the Company records by ensuring Data Protection through prompt Back up of data in all Company Office facilities and Buildings.
- Implementation of an Information Technology business continuity plan and handling all matters relating to emergency management and backup operations to facilitate continuity of business operations in the event of a disruption of operations.
- Oversee the installation of Security cameras and maintenance in all company Office facilities and buildings.
Requirements
- BSc (1st Class or 2nd Class) Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or any other related Social Sciences plus certification in Computer courses.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
