Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Training Institute Manager to lead our institute in providing high-quality IT training programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT education, program management, and business development.
  • As the manager, you will oversee all aspects of the institute's operations, including curriculum development, instructor management, student enrollment, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive IT training programs in line with industry standards and market demands.
  • Instructor Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified instructors to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Student Enrollment: Develop strategies to attract and retain students, including marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and partnership initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institute, including scheduling, facility management, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet quality standards and achieve learning outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the institute's budget, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial reporting.
  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, employers, and professional associations to enhance the institute's reputation and student placement opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in IT education, training program management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and certifications.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and business development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, faculty, staff, and students.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality education, student success, and continuous improvement.
