Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled IT/Web Personnel to join our team and ensure our digital platforms
  • The IT/Web Personnel will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s website, managing IT systems, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and event planning teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually appealing.
  • Design and implement website features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website and IT-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital content for events, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media integrations.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide reports on performance and user behavior.
  • Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff, addressing any IT-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development and IT trends to implement best practices.
  • Assist in the setup and technical support of IT systems for events, such as registration systems and audiovisual equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development and IT support.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of website security best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT systems management, including network administration and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with event management software and technologies.
