Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled IT/Web Personnel to join our team and ensure our digital platforms
- The IT/Web Personnel will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s website, managing IT systems, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and event planning teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually appealing.
- Design and implement website features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website and IT-related issues promptly.
- Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital content for events, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media integrations.
- Monitor website analytics and provide reports on performance and user behavior.
- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing any IT-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest web development and IT trends to implement best practices.
- Assist in the setup and technical support of IT systems for events, such as registration systems and audiovisual equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development and IT support.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems
- Experience with web analytics tools
- Strong understanding of website security best practices.
- Familiarity with IT systems management, including network administration and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Experience in digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with event management software and technologies.
