In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of strategies to engage and connect with our community members.
You will play a key role in organizing events, managing social media channels, and fostering relationships with community partners to promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity within our community.
Responsibilities;
Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of belonging among our community members
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events, both in-person and virtual
Engage with community members on social media platforms to foster meaningful interactions and gather feedback
Create and curate content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters to keep the community informed and engaged
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of community initiatives
Monitor and analyze community feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
Support the community engagement team in other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact
