Role Overview
- The Junior Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing our digital platforms with a focus on content writing, social media management, and community engagement.
- The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating brand goals into impactful online strategies that foster engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and well-structured content (captions, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters) that aligns with brand tone and objectives.
- Manage and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent brand presence.
- Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with online communities to strengthen customer relationships and build brand loyalty.
- Plan and schedule social media posts using relevant tools to ensure timeliness and consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay up to date with best practices, emerging platforms, and trends in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in content writing, social media management, and community management.
- Completion of digital marketing courses or certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills with a creative flair.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently while collaborating with a team.
- High enthusiasm for continuous learning and career growth in digital marketing.
