Responsibilities
I.C.T Support Duties:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients (hardware, software, network).
- Provide support to all our services with all our clients.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues where necessary.
Business Development Duties:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Help manage client communications and prepare proposals.
- Support the other team with research that will project the company profitably.
- Maintain and assist in adequate reporting both internally and to clients.
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Degree or Diploma in Technology related courses, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of I.T systems and solution implementations, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
