Junior Warehouse IT Support Analyst at Field Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to warehouse users.

• Troubleshoot issues with:

  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • RF scanners and handheld devices
  • Printers and label printers
  • PCs, laptops, and terminals
• Log and manage IT support tickets and escalate when required.
• Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices.
• Install software, updates, and drivers.
• Support IT asset tracking and equipment inventory checks.
• Support the procurement process related to thermal printer labels, consumables, equipment and peripherals.
• Assist senior IT staff with ongoing support tasks and projects.

Requirement

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory management systems in a retail, logistics or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with mobile devices.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, connectivity).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a warehouse environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous IT support experience, internship, or relevant training.
• Exposure to warehouse, logistics, retail, or operational environments.
• IT certifications (CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+).
