Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our government and enterprise accounts in the dedicated link business. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of success in sales and business development in the ISP industry, with a particular focus on enterprise sales and government vertical sales.

Budget: 300 - 400k 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing government and enterprise accounts in the dedicated link business
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Provide regular reports on account performance to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the ISP industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales and government vertical sales
  • Strong understanding of the dedicated link business and related technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
