Job Description
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Architect scalable and robust systems, ensuring performance and security.
- Manage code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, guiding the team through challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any STEM related course.
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, Java, etc.).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
