Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network planning and design particularly in FTTH or fiber optic networks
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning team to develop and deliver designs that meet technical specifications and business goals.
- Cost Management and Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to reduce CAPEX and OPEX by optimizing network designs and choosing cost effective materials or routes.
- Maintain close oversight of budgets preventing cost overruns and ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals timelines and deliverables across departments.
- Address and resolve any roadblocks or misalignments between departments to avoid project delays or inefficiencies.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure all teams have the information and resources necessary to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
