Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support the entire team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to CEO.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Be engaged in the product’s launches and event planning for clients.
  • Oversee materials and inventory.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain constant communication with staff, management, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
  • Oversee weekly meetings and ensure operational issues are addressed andresolved.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor departmental KPIs in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Attend Industry events and make presentations on behalf of So.Me.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks from all staff.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI).

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge/experience in the Public Relations industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years managing a business (Preferably in the PR/media industry).
