Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Managers to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 2-4 years of Insurance Sales and Leadership experience. 
  • This role is essential in managing our life insurance portfolio, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the life insurance team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase life insurance policy sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Policy Management:

  • Oversee the underwriting and claims processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure that all policies are managed in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with life insurance operations.

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
