Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Managers to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 2-4 years of Insurance Sales and Leadership experience.
- This role is essential in managing our life insurance portfolio, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage the life insurance team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase life insurance policy sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Policy Management:
- Oversee the underwriting and claims processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure that all policies are managed in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with life insurance operations.
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
