Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Ads Strategy: Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader marketing goals and target the right audience segments.
  • Performance Analysis and A/B Testing: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use advanced analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant B2B technology sector experience.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress.
