Responsibilities:
- Brand Development and Management: Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies to position the company as a trusted leader in the aesthetic, dermatology health, and wellness industry. Define brand values, messaging, and positioning to resonate with target audiences and differentiate us from competitors.
- Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to gain insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize findings to inform brand and marketing strategies.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and customer engagement. Identify key marketing channels and tactics to effectively reach target audiences.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.
- Digital Marketing Optimization: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
- Brand Consistency and Compliance: Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, operations, and clinical staff to ensure alignment of brand and marketing initiatives with business goals and operational requirements.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies. Generate regular reports and insights to measure ROI, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 - 4 years) in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles within the healthcare, and aesthetics medicine industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
