Role Summary
- Responsible for delivering marketing communications, managing digital platforms, and producing creative content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and institutional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing communication initiatives across digital channels
- Create and manage content including graphics, short videos, reels, and written posts
- Edit basic marketing videos and design promotional graphics
- Manage social media platforms, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Support promotion of programs, events, and institutional initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and digital materials
- Support website updates and marketing technology tools
- Provide basic technical support for marketing and digital operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, Marketing or a related field or a strong skill proofs.
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or ICT operations
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Good troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
