Role Summary

  • Responsible for delivering marketing communications, managing digital platforms, and producing creative content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and institutional reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing communication initiatives across digital channels
  • Create and manage content including graphics, short videos, reels, and written posts
  • Edit basic marketing videos and design promotional graphics
  • Manage social media platforms, scheduling, and audience engagement
  • Support promotion of programs, events, and institutional initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and digital materials
  • Support website updates and marketing technology tools
  • Provide basic technical support for marketing and digital operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, Marketing or a related field or a strong skill proofs.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or ICT operations
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Good troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Graphic design and basic video editing competence
  • Social media and digital marketing proficiency
  • Working knowledge of digital tools and platforms
