Job Summary:
- The Marketing Communications Executive will play a central role in promoting the “Youth in 3D Animation and Post-Production” initiative, a transformative program aiming to train 60,000 young individuals in the fields of 3D animation and post-production. This role involves developing and executing impactful marketing and communication strategies to drive awareness, attract participants, and build support among stakeholders, including industry partners, educational institutions, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the program’s goals, success stories, and industry impact.
- Collaborate with the creative and program teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including youth, educators, and industry leaders.
- Utilize digital and traditional media channels to maximize campaign reach and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Create and manage program-focused content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates to drive engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the initiative’s mission to empower youth and increase the visibility of 3D animation and post-production as viable career paths.
- Maintain a content calendar for program updates, success stories, and event highlights, engaging the community and stakeholders consistently.
- Develop a robust social media strategy to engage youth and partners, focusing on program milestones, participant achievements, and industry trends.
- Monitor social media trends relevant to animation, post-production, and youth empowerment to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns and maximize online reach.
- Build relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance the program’s visibility and impact.
- Coordinate PR initiatives, including press releases, media briefings, and events, to position the program as a leading force in creative skill development.
- Organize community engagement activities and partnerships with schools and training centers to support participant recruitment and awareness.
- Conduct audience research to better understand youth interests in 3D animation and post-production, identifying key motivators and barriers.
- Provide insights on competitor initiatives, audience trends, and engagement strategies to keep the program competitive and relevant.
- Compile monthly reports with KPIs and analytics to track progress toward program goals, using data to refine communication strategies.
- Plan and support promotional events, webinars, and training sessions to highlight the program’s mission and encourage participant sign-ups.
- Coordinate program launch events and community outreach initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and effective brand representation.
- Collaborate with program managers and instructors to showcase program achievements, creating momentum for participant growth and partner engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within the education, youth engagement, or creative sectors.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of youth engagement.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with 3D animation, post-production, or related creative fields.
- Experience working on youth-focused or large-scale training initiatives.
- Background in event planning and community outreach is an advantage.
