About the Role
- The Marketing Executive will be responsible for building brand awareness, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth through marketing-led lead generation.
- The role blends brand marketing, digital marketing, and field activation, with a strong focus on promoting the bank’s products and driving qualified leads that convert to customers.
Key Responsibilties
- Execute brand and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
- Generate and qualify leads for savings and loan products
- Support sales performance through targeted marketing strategies
- Develop marketing materials and promotional content
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Conduct market awareness and competitor intelligence activities.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
- Experience within financial services or microfinance is an extra and quality advantage.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certifications (Advantage):
- CIM, NIMN, or related marketing certifications.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot).
