Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market data to identify new opportunities.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for both services and retail products.
  • Create campaigns that align with the company’s business goals and brand identity.
  • Planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across online and offline channels, defining goals, and setting KPIs.

Content and Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website.
  • Ensure that SEO strategies are implemented for improved website visibility.

Product Positioning and Branding:

  • Define and manage the company’s brand positioning in the market.
  • Develop messaging strategies that differentiate the clinic and its products.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, in-clinic promotions).
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Develop marketing materials to support the sales team.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

  • Create strategies to generate leads and improve conversion rates for both services and products.

Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and report marketing metrics regularly (campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, etc.).
  • Use data to make informed decisions and improve marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Marketing Strategy:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or retail sectors.

Analytical and Data-Driven:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • Ability to create unique marketing campaigns and identify innovative ways to reach target audiences.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective campaign messaging and collaboration with teams.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools:

  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.

Project Management Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing projects efficiently.
