Job Description

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in media production, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • The role will involve working closely with the content and media teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating written, visual, and multimedia content for the company's website, blog, social media platforms, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the media team to produce videos, graphics, and other digital assets for campaigns.
  • Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
  • Brainstorm creative social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to develop relevant and timely content.
  • Write and edit blog posts, articles, and press releases that reflect the company’s voice and tone.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including writing and editing content for newsletters and promotions.
  • Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing for better results.
  • Assist with video shoots, photo sessions, and live streaming events, ensuring high-quality visual content.
  • Edit and post-process photos and videos for social media and other platforms.
  • Help manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and posting of content.
  • Assist in uploading, organizing, and maintaining content across various digital platforms.
  • Track and report on the performance of content across different channels (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic, video views).
  • Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and recommend content improvements.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) and digital marketing.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling through different media formats (video, photos, blogs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
