  • Salesplat Technologies is looking for a Media and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for someone who is creative, self-driven, and eager to grow their career in marketing.
  • This role will focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Develop engaging content for the company’s social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Create written, visual, and video content to promote brand messaging and products.
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and standards.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Assist in building and maintaining the company's brand presence through strategic media and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to secure brand visibility.
  • Help manage partnerships and sponsorships that align with the company's branding goals.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Assist with planning and executing events such as product launches, webinars, and conferences.
  • Promote events through digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize attendance and exposure.
  • Manage event logistics, from coordinating with vendors to managing on-site activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product team to create promotional content for product launches and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
