Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Management: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgetary guidelines.
- Ad Spend Oversight: Manage a monthly ad spend of at least $20k, optimizing for efficiency and ROI.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad content that captivates and converts, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor ad performance, making data-driven decisions to pivot strategies as necessary.
- Comprehensive Ad Strategy: Own the complete ad creation process, including ideation, targeting, budgeting, and ongoing optimization.

- Client Growth: Demonstrable success in driving client growth and achieving key performance indicators through effective paid media strategies.
- Creative Impact: Directed the development of innovative and compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences, leading to high engagement and conversion rates.
