  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for analytics and optimization, capable of driving impactful advertising campaigns that resonate with a passionate customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing goals and audience preferences.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track ad performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions that drive campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Creative Development: Work collaboratively with the creative team to guide the direction of ad creatives, providing insights on performance optimization. While not responsible for creating the ads, the ability to contribute creative ideas is beneficial.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine ad strategies, improve targeting, and increase conversion rates.
  • Cross-Platform Strategy: Explore and potentially expand advertising efforts to other channels, enhancing the overall marketing strategy and reaching broader audiences.

  • A/B Testing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to perform A/B testing and use the results to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Creative Collaboration: While not primarily responsible for creating ad content, the ability to provide creative input and feedback is highly valued.
