Responsibilities:
Media Strategy, Compliance, and Monitoring:
- Develop robust media strategies that align with client objectives and budget constraints.
- Monitor campaign execution for compliance with AISOP, agency, and client standards, addressing any gaps promptly.
- Ensure all campaigns are closed off by
- Verifying delivery of all campaign elements.
- Following internal billing protocols to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
- Observing financial, legal, and ethical compliance in all aspects of campaign management.
Campaign Performance and Reporting:
- Generate accurate and detailed post-campaign reviews and performance reports within 10 business days of completion.
- Track and analyze key KPIs such as GRP, Reach/Frequency, SOE, and CPT, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to enhance campaign outcomes.
Client Relationship Management:
- Center clients in all processes by actively engaging them to anticipate needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Deliver actionable market and platform insights regularly to strengthen client trust and confidence.
- Conduct bi-monthly client strategy meetings and provide contact reports within 24 hours.
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for client growth, presenting ideas to enhance their market positioning.
Knowledge Sharing and Team Development:
- Maintain a centralized repository of brand strategies, campaign reports, and consumer insights for internal knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior team members to build skills in planning, compliance, and client relationship management.
- Lead workshops or training sessions focused on emerging trends and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with buying, creative, and digital teams to ensure smooth implementation of integrated campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas that align with client objectives and award-winning potential.
Award Submissions and Innovation:
- Identify award-worthy campaigns and contribute to the preparation of high-quality submissions.
- Ensure all submissions highlight compliance, strategic innovation, and measurable results.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the media landscape and planning tools, with a focus on electronics campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
