- We are looking for a dynamic professional who will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Document ERP processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Participate in system implementation and resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Business Central.
- Develop comprehensive training manuals for the organization.
- Train new staff and offer ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Skills Requirement:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV ERP
