About the Role:

  • As the Multimedia Manager at DrugStoc, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive multimedia strategies that effectively showcase our brand, products, and services to our target audience of healthcare providers.
  • This includes managing the creation of photography, videography, motion graphics, and explainer animations, as well as handling multimedia production for external events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the digital marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual identity across all touchpoints.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive multimedia content strategy that aligns with DrugStoc's marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of high-quality photography, videography, motion graphics, and explainer animation assets to support digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, presentations, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to ensure seamless integration of multimedia assets into campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Plan and execute multimedia production for external events, exhibitions, and other marketing activations, including managing logistics, vendors, and on-site crews.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance and impact of multimedia content, using data-driven insights to continually optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest multimedia trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for innovations.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production vendors, and freelance talent to ensure high-quality delivery and performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and creative lead for the broader marketing and sales teams on all multimedia-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B services industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated media campaigns that achieve measurable business results.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns across a wide range of traditional, digital, and emerging media channels.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable media strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying up to date on the latest media trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
